The First-Day effect

As a final year psychology student, i came across this very interesting yet true concept of what is known as the 'first-day effect'.

It said that people have this thing about having interest in doing something for the first few days...but later they lose it gradually and sometimes the motivation just extinguishes! lol how sad eh...

Well i think thats the effect i am on right now too!! i think about reporting to The High Life on a daily basis these days!....but im not sure that will last, come next month! lol.......nevertheless...why not do something dutifully until the motivation lasts so???.....anyways...today was a good day for me!

I did an exam well which i thought id fail and then i went on a shopping spree, thanks to my mom's credit card! *all hail credit cards*.....anyways..later i had to beg my mom to take me outta the store before the credit card exhausts itself (im so not having credit cards when i start earning proper!!!)...

It was a funny sight...anyways..here is a sample of what my bed looks like at the moment..(i have arranged it a bit! lol and some garments have not been added for laziness reasons! lol) ...
